Who do you use to authorize my payment?

We use PayPal to authorize our payments.

Do you charge my credit card immediately, or just hold a dollar?

We let paypal determine how to charge the payments, they will normally authorize for a dollar and bill you in full within 24 hours.

How quick can I expect to get my package?

Most items ship out within 24 Hours. Standard for Priority Mails is 5-7 Business Days. Expedited shipping is always available for additional fees, email admin@redbudpublishing.com for information on it.

How long have you been doing business online?

We have been doing business online for more than 3 years now.

Who do you ship with?

Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail, however we do offer expedited shipping through FedEx or UPS for additional fees on a per request basis.

Is Redbud Publishing accepting manuscripts at this time?

As a small press, we are being conservative in our growth. We have publishing commitments through 2007 and are not accepting any more manuscripts at this time. Feel free to check back from time to time.
